Set up a complete CI/CD infrastructure from scratch in a large-scale embedded Android Auto environment — zero existing pipelines, SDK delivered raw by Google, SAFe process. Designed the end-to-end GitLab chain, GCP integration (IAM, registry, automated deployments dev → test → prod), and structured tooling to enable Data & ML teams to deploy in self-service while adhering to internal security and traceability standards.
