Mission 1 - Pole Emploi:

I work within the IT department of Pole Emploi in the team responsible for statistical monitoring of usage across Pole Emploi's various services (web and mobile applications).

My mission is to be a technical referent for implementing various web analytics solutions to measure usage and service performance. Other tools allow for the implementation of application guidance, surveys, or A/B Testing campaigns.

All these tools are implemented using the Tag Management System (TMS) TagCommander.

Since 2020, I have also been responsible for implementing user consent collection for Pole Emploi services in accordance with the new GDPR recommendations.

Mission 1: Ariane Group

During my assignment at Ariane Group, I worked on the solo development of a CAPEX investment management software for the group.

This software was intended to collect needs from operational staff, formalize them, aggregate them, and have them arbitrated by the various hierarchical levels of Ariane Group, with the goal of validation by the CEO.

Once projects were validated, the tool was to provide project tracking functionalities to manage the budgets of the various departments within Ariane Group.

This CAPEX management tool was also designed to generate various reports at key stages to facilitate internal communication.

During my apprenticeship at Sopra Steria, I worked on the TMA CAPS project, which is an application maintenance project for Crédit Agricole Payment Services. The goal of this project was to maintain 150 applications for CAPS. The team consisted of 40 to 60 people spread across 3 sites: Rodez, Toulouse, and Madrid. This project operated on a fixed-price basis through tickets representing client requests. These requests could be for application enhancements, bug fixes, or customer support. Crédit Agricole submitted various requests via Remedy. In addition to these routine tasks, I was the referent for an "hybrid" application. The business logic was written in Cobol/Pacbase/SDP and hosted on a Z/Os mainframe. The administration part, on the other hand, was written in Java and hosted on a WebSphere application server. In addition to development, I was entrusted with carrying out PCA (Business Continuity Plan) tests as part of Crédit Agricole's security audit.
