Queue Sizing Application

• Complete design (Product + Data Science) of a check-in queue modeling tool.

• Operational (flow, dynamic opening) and financial (equipment) optimization.

Supervision of quantitative, econometric, and risk management projects

• Supervision and execution of complex applied econometrics projects, particularly within the framework of independent reviews of credit models (IRB, scoring, calibration, backtesting).

• Conduct of audits and reviews of risk management frameworks for clients such as Stellantis and Wafasalaf (Crédit Agricole Group), including the evaluation of risk management processes and critical analysis of credit risk models.

• Support for auditors and internal teams in interpreting results, improving models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as formulating operational and strategic recommendations to strengthen the robustness of the frameworks.

Economic, social, and environmental impact analyses

• Design and implementation of impact analyses (Economic, Social, Environmental) for major groups, including La Compagnie des Alpes.

• Use of Leontief matrices and input-output models to quantify macroeconomic effects (jobs, value added, emissions, sectoral dependencies).

Development of climate and ESG stress testing models

• Co-development of environmental stress testing models for BNP Paribas, integrating regulatory scenarios (NGFS) and physical/transition shocks.

Design and deployment of machine learning and deep learning algorithms for physiological signal analysis, aimed at objectively assessing patient health status.

Close collaboration with hospital and specialized teams (doctors, PhDs, biologists), as well as with the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Pfizer) and leading medical centers (e.g., Mount Sinai, Columbia Medical School).

Implementation of complete data processing pipelines (preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation) for objective clinical status characterization, with development of POCs and MVPs to demonstrate the value of solutions and accelerate their adoption.

Development of automated scoring systems, correlated with neurological/psychiatric assessments, and participation in the creation of patents and the writing of scientific publications.

Work in a Python environment (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) on cloud infrastructure.
