Société Générale - The service covers all subsidiaries of the AFMO Business Unit (Africa + Overseas France) in activities related to debt collection in retail banking. The service aims to present subsidiaries with new features in the MERCI debt collection software, develop them by adapting them to each local context, and deploy them by managing all project processes. MERCI is a tool for collecting unpaid debts in the retail sector in the various subsidiaries of the Société Générale Group (UIB, SGS, BDP...). Technological environment: SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), SQL Server Reporting Services, Talend ETL (Data Warehouse, Data Mart).
