For 4 years, I have held the position of Recruitment Manager within healthcare and social care structures, specifically at the Sète hospital, working alongside care and management teams. This immersion has allowed me to deeply understand the human challenges, recruitment difficulties, and the critical lack of resources in an increasingly tight job market.

It is from this reality that my LNA Conseils OC activity was recently born: with the desire to bring renewed momentum to healthcare and social care facilities, to challenge preconceived notions about these professions, and above all, to build a true HR attractiveness strategy.
