Data Analysis & SQL: Extracted and audited backend database metrics using SQL to track property portal performance. Analysed sales, spending, client types, regions, cities, and price ranges to identify underperforming channels, allowing the business to eliminate wasteful advertising spend and maximise cost efficiency.
