About Aurore

After 11 years in consulting firms helping CAC40 companies enhance their CSR commitments, HR policies, and strategic vision, I wanted to support these profound changes from the ideation stage through to the concrete implementation of these transformations. My aim is to act not only on the vision but, more importantly, on the concrete adoption of transformations by teams.

In 2020, I founded Nouvelles Interactions, a training organization and participatory workshop provider (Qualiopi certified from the first year), dedicated to supporting organizational transformations. There, I designed and led change management initiatives combining collective intelligence, active pedagogy, immersive workshops, and games with the objective of sustainably embedding new practices and overcoming resistance to change.

Wishing to rejoin a team, I then joined Okoni, a social and solidarity design agency, where I deepened my skills in facilitation, human and organizational impact analysis, and transformation initiative management.

These experiences have allowed me to develop a structured approach to change management through iteration: impact assessment, definition of support strategies, design of training and communication plans, facilitation of collective intelligence workshops to increase buy-in, monitoring adoption indicators, and reporting.

Based in Marseille since my son was born, I now wish to invest in stimulating projects while maintaining the agility and richness of freelance work.
