🚀 With 15 years of experience in instructional design, I am always eager to engage learners in a reflective process. Creating tailor-made workshops to meet the needs of stakeholders is a challenge that drives me daily.

🎬 Creation of interview videos through my training in explicitation interviews

🎬 Creation of tutorials, teasers, visual identity

📚 Design of resources, materials, and pedagogical scenarios

📚 Design of self-assessment tests, quizzes, forum theater, practice analysis

All this in light of active and participatory methods, remote and in-person.

💡 In my practice, I implement training programs and actions in response to my field diagnosis. I am constantly adjusting my proposals to best address the issues encountered. Teamwork is at the heart of my daily activities, and retaining the professionals who support me is a major challenge for my work, allowing me to offer teams quality follow-up.
