Product ownership of a B2B industrial software suite dedicated to the management and operation of data from connected industrial tools (screwdrivers, drills).

Involvement in front-office and back-office business applications (Pivotware & Demeter), in the context of industrial digital transformation, production data management, and performance visualization.

👉 Key Responsibilities:

• upstream scoping and functional analysis focused on user needs and industrial constraints

• data flow structuring, understanding of database architectures and associated processing

• product prioritization and backlog management (US, bugs, evolutions)

• reorganization of the product roadmap in line with business and technical stakes

• formalization of functional needs (specifications, Figma, decision-making tools)

• close collaboration with a development team (approx. 6 devs), R&D management, support, strategic marketing, and business users

• active participation in Agile / Scrum rituals

🎯 Direct contribution to securing delivery, aligning business/technical aspects, and adopting tools in a critical industrial environment (KPIs, dashboards, production performance).

Involvement in industrial digital transformation projects and digitalization of business processes, in contexts of complex systems and constrained industrial environments.

My role was at the interface between business, product, and technical teams, with a strong involvement in upstream scoping and product design.

• structuring of user journeys, process flows, traceability, and data visualization

• management and evolution of internal and client Design Systems

• coaching and upskilling of a UI designer team (interns)
