Evaluation of LLM and RAG models based on business performance criteria (quality, response time). Consolidation of relationships (20,000 customer/supplier entities) to support sales strategy.

Design an intelligent automatic product classification system to enhance competitive intelligence and detect market innovations. Extraction of textual data from images (EasyOCR), then generation of embeddings via SBERT to represent semantic relationships between products. Automatic detection of relevant communities within a similarity graph using a heuristic algorithm (Louvain), facilitating the grouping of similar products.
