Training Courses Offered:

1) Systems Engineering

You are certainly familiar with the V-Model (rigor and techno-economic management), Agile methodology (adaptability), and Design Thinking (testing and user-centric).

These 3 major processes should no longer be opposed. They can be combined in what I call the Hybrid V-Model.

I offer training in this process, which complies with Standards in Aeronautics, Medical, Automotive, and Consumer Products.

2) Reliability - Maintainability - Availability - Safety - Security (RAMS)

The concept of RAMS (also called Functional Safety) of a Product clearly marks the difference between a System and a System that... actually works in all situations and that one wants to use.

I offer training modules to demystify these concepts, understand how to integrate them into your designs, and provide you with the Tools to do so.

3) The TRIZ Method

A toolbox created during the Cold War by naval engineer Genrich Altshuller.

These tools (Contradiction Matrix, etc.) help boost Innovation. Very widespread in Asia, they appeared in Europe and the United States as early as 1993.

I offer training in this Method and its Tools.
