Strategic steering of multi-site IS: deployment of the group IT roadmap and change management across 7 remote sites. Microsoft 365 Digital Transformation: complete migration from O2Switch to M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID), centralized administration, license management, and user rights governance. SharePoint Deployment: migration of legacy file shares to SharePoint Online, document structuring, and permission management. Identity Security (IAM): deployment of MFA and SSO on business applications, in accordance with ISO 27001 best practices. Development of a custom IT ticketing system: from-scratch design of a multi-tenant platform (Node.js/NestJS, React, MariaDB). Bidirectional email-to-ticket, self-service portal, SLA management, personalized notifications per entity. Ubuntu/Nginx/SSL deployment. Development of a multi-tenant internal panel: group web application (Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL/RLS) with JWT authentication, RBAC, knowledge base, real-time inventory, and compliance tracking. Optimization of the MCS repository: audit and cleanup of the CRM/ERP database (SQL Server), purging of obsolete data, deduplication, and GDPR compliance. Terminal Management: backup and endpoint security strategies via Microsoft Intune, supervision of the group's fleet. Database Administration: Sage 100c and SQL Server management, performance tuning, backup strategies, and BCP/DRP plans. Cybersecurity: ISO 27001/27002 security policies, awareness campaigns, audits, and incident management. IT Support: L1 to L3 assistance, writing procedures and technical documentation. Budget Management: group IT budget, supplier negotiation, and TCO optimization. Writing and deployment of the PSSI: development of the group's Information System Security Policy, definition of usage rules, IT charter, and incident management procedures.

Multi-site IT Supervision: complete management of technical infrastructures on two production sites, coordination of needs, operational maintenance, and priority management according to filming requirements. Infrastructure Project Management: local network redesign, camera and video surveillance system modernization, new setup deployment (fiber, ISP, firewalls, VLAN, Wi-Fi), creation of IPsec tunnels for secure video stream recovery.

Proactive interaction with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage positive feedback. Handling phone and delivery orders, optimizing service through good logistical organization. Contribution to cleaning and closing operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.
