Carried out transcriptions of phone calls for Swisscom, a Swiss telecom operator. This work required precise active listening, excellent spelling skills, and faithful restitution of verbal exchanges, including in technical or commercial contexts. I developed great rigor in processing oral information and the ability to work efficiently on large volumes within short deadlines. This experience also familiarized me with the quality standards required in the telecommunications sector, a field where language precision is non-negotiable.

Deployment and configuration of a network infrastructure for an independent entrepreneur in the ready-to-wear clothing sector. The mission included hardware installation, equipment setup (router, Wi-Fi access points, connection sharing between workstations), and implementation of a solution adapted to the constraints of a commercial space. I handled the entire service alone, from needs assessment to final delivery, adapting to a non-technical client. This mission illustrates my ability to translate business requirements into concrete solutions — a skill directly transferable to SaaS product localization.

Performed various translation tasks via the Fiverr platform for an international clientele with diverse needs: web content, product descriptions, professional communications, and personal documents. This complete autonomous work allowed me to develop rigorous deadline management, clear communication with remote clients, and the ability to adapt quickly to different registers and sectors. Each delivery involved thorough proofreading to ensure fluency and fidelity to the source text. This experience forms my direct foundation in professional FR/EN translation.
