My technical expertise, developed as a Scrum Master at Thales and Java Developer at CG Roxane, gives me a deep understanding of the challenges, allowing me to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. I have also proven my ability to lead teams as Head of Technical Account Manager at Treezor, where I managed a team of experts and provided L2/L3 support for clients.
