Renegotiation and updating of all client and supplier contracts (with issues related to intellectual property)

Context: Subsidiary of the Richel group (listed industrial group), Richel Equipement designs and installs greenhouse equipment

Main missions carried out:

- Implementation of financial reporting for the group

- Implementation of decision-making tools for site monitoring (up to €3M)

- Cost management and renegotiation of supplier contracts

- Negotiation and implementation of a working time organization agreement
