After Cap Collectif's first funding round, I officially joined the company as CTO.

- Management and recruitment of the technical team (from 3 to 10 employees)

- Priority and schedule management

- Development of the largest participatory democracy experiment with the French government (https://granddebat.fr/)

- Implementation of a private and public GraphQL API

- Product improvements for a fluid real-time interface

- Infrastructure for a SaaS with over 100 clients

- Improvement of page loading and server performance

- Scaling of the test pyramid and continuous integration

- Implementation of project management tools / KPIs

After starting as an end-of-studies intern, I gradually became Lead Developer at Cap Collectif.

During my internship:

- Added a CI/CD workflow including several significant suites of unit and functional tests.

- Redesigned the technical stack to add a REST API and better UX using React.js, with server-side rendering.

- Implemented Docker containers from development to CI and production.

- Developed a user interface for infrastructure management. Allowing anyone to deploy, disable, configure, and distribute different SaaS instances on multiple servers with a single click.

During my permanent contract:

- Development of numerous important features

- Improvement of page loading and server performance

- Recruitment of the first employees for the technical team

- Teaching at ESGI (engineering school) on the Symfony framework for 2 weeks
