Various projects related to the P2P purchasing cycle (supplier and credit note dispute management, country-specific regulatory requirements, cross-border transactions...) across different project phases: needs assessment, functional specifications, user acceptance testing, and go-live. Assistance with the migration of the accounting tool from Talentia to SAP (UAT, interface configuration, data transfer) and management of continuous improvements related to flows between purchasing tools and SAP. Functional administration of the non-merchant purchasing tool (replacement).

Projects for the migration of the consolidation tool (Cegid Conso to Amelkis EPM) and the accounting tool (Talentia to Sage 1000): participation in needs assessment, data migration, configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live.

Automation of the accounting closing for real estate development companies: calculation of progress-based results, generation of statutory and IFRS entries (scope of 350 companies, annual revenue of €370 million). Participation in semi-annual and annual consolidation according to IFRS standards (mass import of balances and intercompany, scope update - 400 companies, progress-based adjustments, deferred taxes...).

Management of a team of 5 to 6 employees (general accountants / auxiliary accountants / treasury). Supervision of IFRS reporting (BFC Magnitude), statutory accounts, and tax declarations. Liaising with internal stakeholders (regional CFOs, management controllers, management) and external stakeholders (statutory auditors). Participation in finance projects implementation (new IFRS16 standards, dematerialization, automation of multi-company accounting processes, ...).

Accounting harmonization: maintenance of the French accounting framework: communication of accounting rules to Shared Service Centers and CFOs, update of the general and analytical chart of accounts, drafting of a glossary.
