Involvement in a large account environment involving delivery, infrastructure, support, and multi-country organization.

Direction and coordination of EMEA operations for support and intervention services on EMC then DELL / EMC infrastructures on behalf of Atos in about ten countries.

Management of subcontracting activities, monitoring of operations, and coordination of various partners involved in the delivery chain to ensure compliance with service commitments and operational requirements.

Preparation of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and implementation of corrective actions and new procedures when necessary, particularly to comply with the legal and operational constraints specific to each country.

Participation in RFP/RFQ responses and support for pricing renegotiation phases initiated by Dell EMC as part of the renewal and evolution of services.

Management and coordination of local subcontractors in several countries, with supervision of operations, quality monitoring, and support for delivery processes in an international large account environment.

Multi-country environment involving operational governance, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
