I participated in designing and facilitating workshops for the B Lab team (the international organization behind the B Corp certification), aiming to define the development and improvement of the service offering for different types of companies in the B Corp network.

B Corp is facing a growing number of companies applying for B Corp accreditation and had to rethink the service offering, experience, and value proposition for different companies to better meet their needs.

As a Senior Service Designer at the innovation and digital transformation agency Futurice, I worked on a project for Reuters Media, a leader in editorial content licensing.

I led the discovery and research phase for the redesign of Reuters' new unified licensing and distribution service - a single platform, Reuters Connect, for buying and selling diverse editorial content, used by media outlets worldwide.

I then led the Service Design and User Research part of the design, piloting, and development phase of the new platform, defining needs, user stories, and user requirements, as well as information architecture and UX strategy.

Research, development, and testing of service and "in-context" experience concepts to make London's transport service (Overground) more accessible to hearing-impaired people.

I planned the field and in-context research program with deaf and hard-of-hearing users. This involved following them during their journeys on London transport and observing the difficulties encountered with the existing service, then showing them different service improvement concepts such as a guide app, on-screen information, and a new type of signage.
