Took over and managed the roadmap for the consumer website & pharmacist customer portal: tender management, technical provider management (SEO, UX/UI, developers), strategic project monitoring within regulatory constraints, management & incident tracking for B2B (customer service and field feedback).

Position held on a fixed-term contract until May 2025, then continuing as a freelancer (payroll management).

> Redesign of the UGC customer portal & its redesign with full design (3 sprints of 5 days in project team)

> Creation of a website on the theme of a temporary exhibition for the Quai Branly Museum (fictional project) individually: proto-persona, sitemap, storyboarding, moodboard & UI design (high-fidelity mockups), web integration using Wordpress Elementor.

Within the Digital Marketing team (5 people):

> Definition of the project schedule and management of Build & Run projects (for the 3 national lead-generating websites (Maisons Phénix, Maison Familiale, Maison castor brands):

=> website redesigns, UX prospect journey optimizations, SEO optimizations, new features, RGPD, tagging plan (1 project every 2 months approx.)

> Organization and facilitation of project committees and steering committees to monitor projects with web development agencies.

> Management of about ten service providers (web agencies, SEO agency, tagging agency, editorial agency, various web services) and the allocated budget.

> Definition and arbitration of SEO optimization directions based on agency recommendations for the 3 brands.

> Implementation of an editorial and SEO strategy for the 3 websites in collaboration with the 2 editorial and SEO agencies: definition of strategic themes, definition of editorial topics and monthly publication schedule (monthly committees), validation of proposed content and management of publication.

> Management and updates of websites in line with national communication actions (open house days, promotions, events...)

> Monitoring the proper functioning and daily maintenance of websites.

> Daily monitoring and monthly reporting of the digital performance of the 3 websites (traffic, leads, conversion rates globally and by acquisition source) using Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Google Trends, Matomo.

Results:

15 projects Run & Build launched in 3 years, including 2 complete redesigns, UX/SEO journey optimizations, RGPD compliance, technical migrations...

10 service providers recruited and coordinated;

+75% visibility for the Maison Familiale website following its redesign;

+100% keywords in Google's TOP 10;

10 contents/month published.
