Furthermore, my professional experience during restructuring periods motivated me to promote the evolution towards a gentler and more serene world of work.
My experience of over 10 years in team management has been a passion of mine. I was able to develop a real aptitude for supporting and expanding human potential.
This is why I chose to train in individual and systemic coaching.
I followed the teaching of Lynne Burney (LKB associates – School of coaching), co-founder of the French Society of Coaching (SFCoach) and former president of its Accreditation and Ethics Committee (CAD).
