As an associate manager, I played a key role in the digital transformation of the company. I automated all administrative and commercial processes, allowing the CEO to accomplish more tasks more quickly and efficiently. Thanks to this optimization, we were able to restructure our operations, refocus our business strategy towards new clients and services, and thus facilitate the transition while increasing our revenue.

Today, this reorganization and task automation allow me to work only 8 hours a month for this company, compared to 20 hours per week previously, while ensuring the fluidity of operations and the continuous growth of the company.
