- Logistics management (coordination of material, technical, and human aspects (installation, equipment, transport, accommodation))

- Stakeholder management: selection, negotiation, and relationship management with suppliers (caterers, entertainers, etc.)

- Project monitoring: Ensure regular monitoring to guarantee that everything is proceeding as planned, adjusting as necessary.

My background has allowed me to become familiar with all aspects of event organization: from logistics management to team coordination, including budget management and client relations. Each project, whether at an agency or for an advertiser, is a new adventure for me where efficiency, creativity, and attention to detail are essential to ensure the success of the event.
