During this mission, I was able to lead the redesign of the tracking path of a package
My work included research, creation of User journeys maps with all cases and problems, ideation, realization of wireframes and design of the user interface (UI).

I also optimized the chatbotto make it more fluid and efficient in the different paths, followed by an update of the UI. This involved an in-depth exploration of the existing with the IT and Marketing teams, the development of user flows for various paths, the preparation and writing of surveys, the preparation of workshops. Then the optimization of the paths, the creation of wireframes and prototypes for user tests. Finally, a complete redesign of the UI, including the creation of new components.
