I support this VSE in its organizational, cultural, and digital transformation to enable it to develop effectively in its work methods and tools (business and daily), its internal and external communication, its corporate culture, and its practices (collaboration, data, customer centricity, continuous improvement).

- Design and Deployment of a company project based on operational efficiency to increase overall performance (process redesign, modernization of work tools, implementation of indicators, marketing strategy)

- Close support for Sector Managers, collaborative workshops with Sales Administration, coaching of the executive.

I teach Change Management practice to Master's students in Management. This program integrates organization and change management consulting, allowing me to share my experience in cultural and socio-organizational transformations.

General company transformation.

The mission was divided into 3 lots: socio-organizational audit, roadmap, and close supervision.

Actions taken:

- Employer brand: purpose and internal values, recruitment, retention and attractiveness, onboarding,

- Customer experience: personas, customer journey, marketing plan and talking points

- HR: professionalization of management, implementation of individual and collective objectives, management training, organizational chart and delegation.

- Change: development of the training and internal communication plan

- Organization: project mode, agility, process redesign, governance and bodies, communities of practice

- Supervision: management follow-up, roadmap progress monitoring, project progress.
