- Administrative and organizational support: file management and tracking, data entry and updating, document filing and structuring, optimization of tools and processes.

- Commercial and customer relations support: client and prospect follow-up, database updating, preparation of quotes and sales materials, reporting and coordination of sales activities.

- Marketing and operational communication support: writing professional content (emails, documents, materials), updating marketing materials, coordinating actions and managing service providers.

Organized, autonomous, and rigorous, I quickly adapt to existing tools and processes. My role is to streamline daily operations, structure the organization, and relieve executives of time-consuming tasks so they can focus on their development and strategic priorities.
