Distance learning for administrative assistants, supported by a mentor, aimed at developing essential skills for freelance work. Practical assignments covering professional communication, defining and positioning my service offering, administrative organization, client relations, and setting up the necessary tools and methods for launching my business.

E-learning training designer certification by ISTF in December 2024. Acquired the necessary skills for needs analysis, instructional design, training module design, and the use of authoring tools. As part of this certification, I designed an e-learning module on the miscibility of liquids, incorporating videos, interactive activities, and assessments. This module was tested with a 4th/5th-grade class and received excellent feedback: intuitive usability, high student engagement, effective memorization of concepts, and appreciation for the quality of multimedia resources and interactive exercises.

Primary school teacher and certified distance learning designer, I leverage my pedagogical expertise and training engineering skills to design engaging and effective learning paths. With several years of experience in knowledge transfer, I combine a strong command of pedagogy with the design of e-learning modules tailored to the needs of learners and training organizations.
