Augustin quickly understood the functional requirements and even challenged the specifications for better cost-quality-time efficiency of the project. Taking over an existing project, he interacted perfectly with the previous developers (and their code!), proactively improving the solution. He manages the complexity of the project, which handles very large amounts of heterogeneous data arriving in real-time (mqtt; node.js, vue.js) on the servers. He doesn't hesitate to strengthen/learn certain languages he masters less to continuously improve his skills.
