After several experiences as a developer, I entered the world of Product Management. I can equally lead the product delivery of different squads as well as the Product Discovery of different projects, taking care to follow the company's strategy and objectives. "There is no favorable wind for he who does not know his port", this quote summarizes my vision: Within Meero, I learned to build roadmaps with objectives that bring a clear vision. When I have defined my objectives, I usually work with product designers and product analysts in order to understand the users and imagine great features that will respond to their problems. For my discoveries, I use different frameworks such as "Discovery Discipline" or the Discovery Chain. Delivery generally goes well thanks to my Tech background. I can be on specific technical subjects and I can also easily simplify for the rest of the company or business teams. Product evangelization is important to me. I encourage the teams and myself to use the communication means of my company so that the progress on the objectives and projects in progress are clear, and that everyone understands the blocking elements. I motivate the teams to do at least one demo per month.

Outside of my role as Product Manager, I am the founder of the collective and label Pygments Records. Via evening concepts such as the Pygments Lab, we give emerging artists the chance to make a place for themselves on the Parisian scene. In the 2022-2023 season, we invited more than 50 artists in 15 events to play with Pygments Records in prestigious clubs such as: La Java, Glazart, Fluctuart, etc… I am also passionate about sports. A passion that I have already combined with the product during my experience at Paris Saint-Germain.
