Manage inbound/outbound project logistics until delivery abroad (80% of turnover in East, North, and West Africa for state-owned companies through the following tasks:

International logistics expertise

Support business managers in defining the best project logistics scheme

In collaboration with the project manager, organize logistics follow-up and progress meetings for the project

Advise on export specificities to certain countries

Co-review contractual logistics arrangements with the sales administration team

Document preparation

Collect origins and HS Codes from various databases

Collect useful information for export license applications

Co-preparation with Sales Admin of Packing Lists & Commercial Invoices

Preparation of Certificates of Origin (GEFI CCI site), ATA Carnet

Transmit instructions (+ docs) to customs representatives + EUR1 application if necessary

Transport

Define and evolve the carrier panel

Search for carriers (request quotes, contract offers)

Entry of Express Air Waybills

Pre-transport coordination with suppliers/clients

Coordination of transport/delivery / problem-solving

Warehouse/carrier coordination

Warehouse logistics coordination

Ensure correct recording of stock items

Perform entries in SAP (Goods Receipt MIGO)

Ensure stock transfers between sites are carried out correctly

Packaging follow-up with our warehouse, marking + planning

Organize export inspections in the warehouse

Administration

Control and manage carrier billing

Declaration of intra-EU trade of goods

Creation of a Cameroonian specialty restaurant, generating an average monthly turnover of 5 million FCFA. Recruitment, training, and supervision of a team of 6 employees. Supervision of strategy and optimization of supplies and stocks to ensure consistent quality and control costs. Implementation of local marketing strategies, attracting a diverse clientele. Analysis of financial performance and development of improvement plans.
