Deployment of an autonomous AI agent for intelligent and automated management of the email flow:

Interception & Sorting (Make.com / n8n): Secure connection to inboxes and instant routing to a centralized hub.

Intent & Sentiment Analysis (Anthropic Claude 3.5): The AI instantly analyzes email content to detect urgency level, language, request category (e.g., Billing, Technical, Sales) and extracts key data (Name, VAT number, Order number).

RAG & Knowledge Base (Supabase / Pinecone): Connecting the AI to the company's internal documentation (FAQ, processes, catalogs) to find the exact answer.

Draft Generation & Escalation: Automatic drafting of a precise response in draft format within the CRM/Email inbox, ready for human validation, or priority transfer to Slack for urgent customer issues.
