- Support for framing needs, selecting, and acquiring IT solutions

- Development of change management strategies and plans, and creation of communication and training materials

- Facilitating needs assessment workshops and writing specifications for IT solutions

- Writing CSE (Economic and Social Committee) files as part of organizational transformations
