For nearly ten years, I have worked in environments where coordination, project management, and operational organization are essential drivers of performance. Whether it's creating a Sales Administration department, structuring processes, coordinating teams, or supporting the development of an educational institution, I have always pursued the same goal: to make organizations more efficient, more reliable, and more autonomous.

Today, as director of the Klesis Junior campus in Montpellier, I manage the development of the institution, coordinate teams and various stakeholders, support projects, and ensure the smooth articulation of daily activities. This experience strengthens my expertise in operational management, cross-functional coordination, continuous improvement, and change management.

My role is not just to organize the existing, but to build an organization capable of sustainably supporting the company's growth, while freeing up time and visibility for its leader.
