🚀 My mission
I am an operational organization consultant & architect of neuroinclusive work systems.
I help companies to put their internal processes back into usable format.
I intervene when internal processes become critical and subjects are difficult to follow: scattered information, poorly tracked validations, missing or obsolete materials, recurring requests, poorly defined handoffs, new hires struggling to understand internal practices.
My goal = create more understandable and reliable internal processes, with a neuroinclusive approach.
I mainly work with organizations up to 50 people, without a truly structured Operations department, where leaders, partners, seniors, and managers bear a large part of the internal coordination.

- Observe the actual functioning: steps, tools, decisions, responsibilities, materials.
- Map information flows and bottlenecks.
- Identify what needs to be documented, linked, removed, or automated.
- Design materials with a neuroinclusive approach.
- Create necessary tools: Notion space and internal no-code interfaces.
- Prepare for use: instructions, update rules, onboarding materials.
I use Make automations and AI only when they support the defined functioning: triggering a checklist, avoiding double entry, or linking two steps.
🧠 Applied Neurodiversity
All my interventions are designed with a requirement for neuroinclusion and collaboration methods adapted to various cognitive profiles (ADHD, ASD, Dys).
