ATvaleurs is a support structure focused on professional transition, repositioning, career change, mobility, and project clarification.

I primarily work on 4 key areas:

• **Skills Assessment**: Clarifying a project, development, career change, aligning career path.

• **Professional Transition Coaching**: Supporting situations of change, loss of meaning, repositioning, mobility, or career change.

• **Career / Repositioning / Mobility Support**: Individualized support for employees facing career development, professional burnout, or a need for reflection.

• **Outsourced Support / Outplacement**: Intervention to support companies, HR departments, outplacement firms, or partner organizations.

My practice is based on over 15 years of experience in support, at the intersection of coaching, psychology, career management, and professional situation analysis.

I am a certified professional coach (RNCP Level 7), hold a Master's degree in Psychology, and ATvaleurs is Qualiopi certified for skills assessments.

I work in person or remotely, with a focus on individualized and tailored support.

As a provider of corporate social advisory services, I supported employees facing personal and professional issues that impacted their work situation, well-being, or career within the company. My intervention consisted of providing a space for listening, analysis, and support, while considering the human, organizational, and psychosocial factors specific to each context.

I worked with employees on various issues: personal difficulties, workplace tensions, burnout, professional questioning, social vulnerability, or crisis situations requiring careful assessment and tailored support. My role also involved psychosocial analysis of situations to better understand the interplay between individual difficulties, the professional framework, and the work environment.

This activity also included a dimension of psychosocial risk prevention, through identifying vulnerabilities, reporting alerts when necessary, and participating in broader reflection on working conditions and quality of work life.

Finally, I participated in collective bodies and multidisciplinary working groups (working committees, exchanges with HR and occupational health stakeholders, internal partners, or employee representatives), in a logic of coordination and support for prevention initiatives.
