I provide close support to companies, stakeholders, and key players committed to inclusion. I guide people with disabilities in their professional journey.

I am surrounded by relevant partners (graphic designers, audiovisual producers, photographers, health professionals...) who are sensitive to the issue of disability, in order to offer a comprehensive approach.

Facilitation of training modules for trainers to promote the reception of people with disabilities in vocational training.

- Analysis of elements in place within the framework of Qualiopi - Disability Component

- Design of customized training programs, engineering, and pedagogy (support)

Deliverables at the end of the training: Definition of an internal process – Personalized Individual Plan – Collection of PSH needs – integration of PSH into proposed training

Operational support to finalize an approved Disability Agreement and implement new mechanisms: Disability Charter and Agefiph Service Convention.

- Consolidation of social data - Disability to close an Agreement.

- Development of the DOETH and associated reports: Agreement Monitoring Committee, CSE, DSN, Agape'TH Platform.

- Drafting of a Disability Charter reflecting the commitments of the current disability policy.

- Contracting with Agefiph.

- Deployment of new mechanisms - creation of new internal procedures.

- Training for HR and support teams (management, payroll, accounting).

Support and empowerment of employees for compensatory measures requests.
