Freelance IT Project Manager / PMO, I support companies in managing digital transformation projects requiring strong coordination between business and IT teams.

For over 10 years, I have been involved in complex, multi-stakeholder environments on topics such as HRIS, ERP, internal tools, project governance, process improvement, and change management.

My role: to structure, coordinate, streamline, and drive projects forward in a concrete and pragmatic way.

I have had the opportunity to work in various sectors: aeronautics, space, transport, insurance, tourism, and sustainable certification, both within large groups and in rapidly evolving transformation contexts.

My missions include:

• Transversal IT project management and coordination

• Facilitation of project governance (Steering committees, Project committees, workshops, action tracking)

• Coordination of business and technical stakeholders

• Structuring of processes and project organization

• Tracking of schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables

• Backlog management and Agile / hybrid tracking

• Change management and user communication support

• Implementation of management tools and indicators

I particularly enjoy projects that require building bridges between teams, clarifying complex issues, and bringing structure without overburdening operations.

Based in the Toulouse region, I work remotely or on-site as needed.
