As co-founder of a SaaS software publisher, I lead the product strategy for Sucrine Pro, a platform used by over 200 farms and 30,000 buyers.

The solution centralizes orders, optimizes business processes, develops sales, and supports the transition to electronic invoicing.

Specifically, our clients save up to 1.5 hours per day and regularly see a +10% increase in annual revenue, with some multiplying their sales by three through better organization and customer loyalty.

As Product Owner, I bridge the gap between users, business objectives, and the technical team to transform complex problems into simple, efficient, and quickly adopted solutions.

- **Product Vision**, roadmap, and prioritization of several hundred user requests

This experience has allowed me to develop expertise in Product Management, Product Ownership, UX, digital transformation, business software design, and change management, with a strong conviction: **the best solutions are those that meet a real need, remain simple to use, and sustainably create value for their users**.

In 2021, I co-founded Sucrine Club with the ambition to support the development of direct sales through digital means.

After launching an initial mobile application, daily interactions with producers allowed us to identify a broader need: to help them organize their entire commercial activity. This understanding of the field led us to evolve our strategy and develop Sucrine Pro, a SaaS platform dedicated to the commercial management of agricultural holdings.

As co-founder and CEO, I lead the company's development and support its growth in strategic, financial, commercial, and marketing areas.

My main responsibilities:

- Definition of strategy and business model

- Creation of offers and pricing policy

- Financial management, development of forecasts, and cash management

- Design of a cash management decision-making tool, connected to Stripe and banking institutions, allowing analysis of historical data, tracking of forecasts, simulation of different financial scenarios, and facilitation of strategic decisions (development carried out with the support of artificial intelligence)

- Business development and marketing strategy

- Creation and management of a partner network (accountants, digital agencies, consulting firms…)

- Definition of the distribution strategy with the launch of the Equelio brand, aimed at reseller partners

- Creation of communication content (newsletters, webinars, sales materials)

- Monitoring of performance indicators and company growth
