Objective:

My main objective was to successfully lead the IDIL project, as Project Manager and Product Owner, following agile methodology principles, particularly Scrum. The mission involved migrating Phenix servers and coordinating the AIR, VICI, and PSN applications, all essential to the IDIL project.

Mission Details:

As Project Manager, I oversaw all operational activities related to the IDIL project, including the migration of Phenix servers and the management of AIR, VICI, and PSN applications. This included planning, team supervision, risk and issue management, and monitoring deliveries, deployments, and specific maintenance activities for these applications.

Concurrently, as Product Owner, I worked closely with stakeholders to define product features and priorities, considering the specific needs related to the AIR, VICI, and PSN applications. I also managed the backlog and user stories, ensuring a clear and consistent vision of the product to be delivered.

Achievements:

Effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams working on the IDIL project, ensuring that objectives were clearly defined and met within deadlines.

Rigorous planning of Phenix server migration activities, as well as the management of AIR, VICI, and PSN applications, considering technical constraints and specific operational requirements for each application.

Transparent communication with stakeholders to gather their needs and feedback, thus ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Meticulous monitoring of product development and delivery, ensuring quality was maintained and deliverables met expectations.

• Coordination of a team of 4 developers (Android and iOS) and 1 tester;

• Co-construction of functional and technical solutions with development teams and the Lead Product Manager;

• Definition and sharing of the product roadmap;

• Facilitation of technical and functional workshops with project stakeholders (wireframing and business rules);

• Design of mobile screens (UI) and user journeys (UX) with Sketch, Zeplin, and Overflow;

• Application of Agile SCRUM and SAFe methodologies (PI Planning, Daily Meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog refinement, ...);

• Management and prioritization of the backlog for the development team (Jira);

• Creation of user stories, writing specifications, and defining acceptance criteria in coordination with the validation team;

• Creation of KPIs related to the team and the product (project and feature progress, sprint tracking, team capacity, bug tracking...);

• Collection, analysis, and consideration of user feedback.

My Objectives:

Responsible for the application security domains of the service platform (apache filtering rules, authorization server, API gateway, authentication flows) / for the subscription chain of the service platform / for collecting and monitoring electricity consumption at yearly, monthly, and daily intervals / for monitoring the self-consumption of connected solar panels / for recording the electricity consumption of connected solar panel radiators / for collecting and exposing outdoor weather data via API.

My Missions:

- Gathering and analyzing evolution needs from Business units and transverse project managers

- Prioritizing needs

- Writing user stories

- Technical scoping of evolutions with backend teams (Tech Lead, Architect, Systems team....)

- Facilitating Agile rituals (daily scrum meeting, planning, demo, retrospective).

- Functional and technical specification for developers (writing Jira tickets)

- Participating in SAFe framework meetings: PI Planning/Sprint Planning/Daily Standup/Backlog Grooming/Sprint Review/Sprint Retrospective/PO Sync.

- Communicating progress to the business and making development work visible

- Acceptance testing of evolutions (unit and integration testing with QA tester)

- Participating in end-to-end testing

- Preparing PI Planning
