About Audrey

After more than ten years within a multi-brand luxury group, supporting sales teams in the field and designing tailor-made training programs, I created AM Luxe Consulting to put this expertise at the service of companies that want to elevate their level of customer excellence.
My background is not that of an external consultant. I worked in stores, observed what really happens between a sales associate and a client, and trained entire teams on luxury codes, posture, customer relations, and sales techniques. I also created the position of Retail Training Manager from scratch, which led me to structure complete educational programs, manage field audits, and measure the concrete impact of training on commercial performance.
