At AxeGroup, a logistics company with warehouses across France, I was the sole HR representative for the group, responsible for 5 companies, 120 employees, and 2 collective agreements, reporting to the CFO.

✔Personnel Administration & Payroll: management of salary packages, payslips, DSN, tracking of leaves, taxes, and annual declarations

✔Recruitment & Partnerships: defining needs, sourcing, interviews, collaboration with schools, France Travail, and Cap Emploi

✔Training & Skills Development: training plan, search for service providers, budget monitoring and optimization

✔Social Relations & Safety: organization of elections, CSE monitoring, DUERP, management of work accidents, and team awareness
