Audrey Le Calvé

As an engineer by training, I am particularly interested in issues related to quality, the environment, and organizational improvement. Throughout my experiences, I have had the opportunity to manage projects and implement continuous improvement approaches, notably by leveraging Lean management principles and risk analysis. I also participate in internal audit missions, with a rigorous and structured approach, and a constant focus on understanding business challenges. Curious and pragmatic, I enjoy analyzing situations, identifying concrete areas for improvement, and supporting their implementation in a progressive and adapted manner. I am particularly interested in missions related to quality, the environment, and effluent treatment.
