• Responsible formonitoring and reporting on the performance of Dior.com/Beautyat the central level (50+ doors)

*Reporting:Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for top management, highlighting trends and key factors*Analysis:Preparation of in-depth analyses on key e-commerce topics to optimize the website (conversion rate, NPS score, product launch)*Dashboards:Design, development, and implementation of automated dashboards on Looker Studio -> 3 dashboards in total ~ 100 pages & ~ audience of 50 people (business teams, top management, markets)*Data Management:Maintain a large database and query complex datasets in BigQuery (SQL): ~ 15 data sources (including Salesforce Commerce Cloud & GA4)*Data Quality:Monitoring data quality and consistency through the implementation of automated alerts (in collaboration with the team's Data Engineer)

*Responsible for reporting & monitoringE-Business performance at the central level (200+ doors)*Reporting:Preparation of monthly reports on E-Business performance (including E-Commerce, E-Retail & E-Concession channels) for top management, highlighting trends and key factors*Dashboards:Design, development, and implementation of automated dashboards on Looker Studio ~ 3 dashboards in total (E-Commerce, E-Retail & E-Concession) for top management and the business team (Indirect Retail Team)*Data Management:Manage a large database and query complex datasets, particularly transactional data (Salesforce, Nielsen, SSAS)*Tracking:Ensure data collection from iFrames / Minisites dedicated to E-Retail experiences -> preparation of tagging plan*Data Integration:Integrate third-party data from the UGAM provider into GCP to automate E-Retail visibility data
