✅ Mentoring of the HRD, the Operations Director, and a Regional Director of a group of 6000 people (services);

✅ Mentoring of the HRD of a mid-sized company of 300 people (services);

✅ Leading HR training and workshops (co-development, tutoring) at IFOCOP and IGS;

✅ Design and delivery of management training for executives of a company of 80 people (engineering);

✅ Design and delivery of personal development training for a Business Developers school;

✅ Coaching of 3 senior executives (services);

✅ Interim HRD within a large group (services - financial products): change management support as part of a business spin-off project (business refocusing, new brand, new UES, new teams, construction of the target HR team, ...);

✅ Consulting for an SME (retail) in defining and implementing its HR policy and processes: HR audit, proposal of an action plan, implementation as a part-time HRD, support and professionalization of managers, consulting for the leader.

120 agencies – 7000 employees – 90% of our staff are home care assistants for the elderly and/or disabled. Group HRD, member of the Executive Committee, Entrepreneurial Project Partner. In a labor-scarce sector with a strong societal dimension, supporting a growth plan (LBO) placing people (employee satisfaction and engagement, customer quality) and innovation at the heart of the company's development and transformation strategy.

Having completed the association's training program, I am one of the accredited facilitators working in schools and other educational institutions to conduct workshops on philosophical reflection and mindfulness practice with children and adolescents (5-18 years old). What? Leading philosophical discussions on a theme or concept, with or without educational support, preceded by a mindfulness practice session to aid concentration before the workshop. How? Within the school framework, but also outside: after-school programs, media libraries, libraries, cultural centers, leisure centers, associations... Why? To help our future leaders build their thinking, develop critical thinking, welcome and regulate their emotions, develop their creativity, show empathy, cooperate with people from different cultures, respect others in their differences...

- To develop their soft skills and living together skills;

- To encourage them to be agents of change and prepare them to become confident, active, and responsible citizens facing current and future societal challenges.
