Mobilic is a digital service aimed at facilitating the application of regulations in light road transport (under 3.5 tons and less than 9 seats) and removals. It is a project incubated at La Fabrique Numérique of the Ministry of Ecological Transition. With a dual role in design and product, within a small team of 8 people, I was able to successfully complete the following projects:

- Facilitating co-design workshops for new user journeys

- Field surveys and user research, regular observations during control operations with the labor inspectorate and land transport controllers

- Participation in the development and monitoring of our Product Roadmap

- Design of all journeys and features for the web-app dedicated to State Controllers, in direct collaboration with public officials

- Writing our user stories (companies, employees, and controllers), maintaining and prioritizing our Backlog

- High-fidelity mockups on Figma (desktop and mobile)

- Writing our user documentation

- Implementation and optimization of various internal processes, particularly user support management and prioritization rituals

- Monitoring and definition of our impact metrics on the Metabase tool, creation of dashboards

- Participation in writing our funding applications

- Pitching our project at the ELA TECH Conference in Bratislava
