About Audrey

Self-taught by nature, I first took my first steps in sales. 5 years later, I decided to change course and, armed with only my suitcase, I arrived in Paris. What I didn't know yet was that I was going to introduce the media world and learn quickly. Under the impetus of a renowned media outlet, I started my career as a site manager, then as a versatile assistant: I manage a team of 10 hostesses (recruitment, training, etc.) and juggle with a whole daily event part (arrival of speakers, internal communication, management of meetings, orders, travel, etc.). Then, my career takes another turn and I become an HR management assistant. In addition to the secretarial part (agenda management, meetings, supplies, mail), I develop skills in personnel management (payroll variables, monitoring of recruitment and freelance work, absence management). But it is later, in a start-up and as an office manager, that my work takes on its full meaning. Having left the world of media in order to change my audience and having opened myself up to more "early stage" structures, I have to build everything. Even if the administrative part remains the same, the start-up world allows me to broaden the field of possibilities and turn to other more recent work tools. The same goes for the HR part (recruitment, personnel management, contractual drafting, medical examinations, insurance and mutual insurance, tickets) where it is a question of turning to new technologies.
