In order to contribute to a fairer and more sustainable world, I focus my energy on meaningful projects for responsible companies:

- Project management, mainly digital and around the following issues: culture, edtech, CSR, sustainable tourism, responsible consumption, environmental protection

- Workshop facilitation: needs assessment, ideation, co-creation, beta testing

- Transition management and change management: facilitation, pedagogy, communication, tools, processes

My experience as a consultant at Wavestone and then my role as Director of Client Projects at Artips have enriched my professional toolkit for over 6 years:

- As the first project manager hired at Artips in 2017, I spent 4 years building and leading the project department and its team (6 people): recruitment, training, management, process implementation... while ensuring the facilitation and transversal management necessary for the good balance of a constantly evolving company.

- Over 100 microlearning projects and as many satisfied clients, to educate, train or communicate with the general public, employees, etc. The diversity of topics covered (sexism, sustainable tourism, anti-corruption...) as well as the partners involved (large companies, ministries, cultural institutions...), coupled with my background in consulting, allow me to navigate naturally in many contexts.
