AgroParisTech engineer, I have spent over 12 years transforming science into meaningful products for nutrition and health.

My playground is innovation. At INGREDIA, I led the development of bioactive ingredients from A to Z, from the innovation plan to market launch, such as Pep2dia® launched after 4 years of R&D. I managed a program of 5 clinical studies and 16 preclinical studies, built international academic partnerships (Japan, Australia) and managed a scientific budget of €1 million. The result: 17 scientific publications and 8 posters.

At INNOVAFEED, I took on a disruptive challenge: creating a new range of insect proteins for human nutrition, from the R&D laboratory to the industrial process, including down-scaling and definition of specifications.

Today, I wear two complementary hats. I am co-founder and CEO of Ankré, a startup that fights sedentary lifestyles at work through gamified health prevention, I define the vision, build the team and lead the product and its deployment. In parallel, I advise foodtech, biotech and health companies as a consultant.

What I bring you: a 360° vision of innovation, from scientific concept to industrialization. I know how to frame an R&D project, secure a clinical study, manage risk and scale-up, navigate regulations and translate science into clear arguments for your teams and your clients.
