After spending 25 years in the business world (public and private) where I designed and managed various projects, led teams, developed territorial policies, deployed activities on a local or regional scale... I made a 360° turn.
Two discoveries were enough: the 4 Colors method and neuroscience to transform my vision and life mission. I understood the impact of beliefs and fears in human relationships, the importance of living aligned with one's values, of knowing oneself better to gain confidence and understand one's emotions.
This is why I fully committed myself to coaching, skills assessment, and training. I created Ctoncap to bring my expertise and experience in the fields that are close to my heart (collective intelligence, interpersonal communication, management) and above all to help individuals and the collective find their direction to move forward in the right way.
