Payroll consultant for over 17 years, initially in an accounting firm and then in a company, I have worked for very small businesses, SMEs, and mid-sized companies with fewer than 500 employees across about thirty collective agreements.

In these various roles, I participated in the deployment of new HRIS (writing white papers, user acceptance testing, conducting meetings, project monitoring), configuration of payroll software and time management software, and writing processes.

I aspire to help companies with their social management by bringing my technical skills and dynamism.

I also offer my expertise to any employee who wishes to have advice or a simulation for calculating severance pay, a payslip review, or assistance with a retirement file.
